1. Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and cables included.

• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards.

• Downloadable software products.

• Items with obvious signs of use, physical damage, or water damage not caused by shipping.
